However pride comes before fall and Sunday was a different story, my body was telling me I had sat too long the day before and so little stitching was achieved, even so I am now back working on this piece that has sat untouched for so long. during the month I will try and finish this section so that at next months IHSW I can start on the outer rows.
Hope everyone else made good progress with their stitching will try and visit later.

That is a lot of progress indeed. It's looking great.
I think you hit a standard stitcher's occupational hazard with that sitting too long. I get more problems trying to do that as I get older. Hope your back is recovering from the marathon!
What a lot of progress you made. Its so easy to sit and stich to long on these weekends and we have to remember to give ourselves breaks, or was that just me ?
Lee, that's awesome progress. I'm so sorry that you were hurting on Sunday. :(
Wonderful progress, Lee--I hope your aches and pains have disappeared by now!! I honestly can't sit and stitch for more than 2 hours at a time--I just get so restless!
this is looking good. i will bring mine to the next guild meeting as i have nearly finished both borders while away.

This is such a beautiful piece Lee. I love the sunny flowers!! Sorry to hear your back was causing you pain.Take care of yourself!
Lee, you made a lot of progress! It's lovely! If I sit too long and stitch, I cannot stand upright for a minute or so. Cute bird next to your stitching hoop! Happy stitching!
Hope you're feeling better today! Beautiful progress & I love the little bird ;)
Love the contrast of the colors and the yellow, it really pops!
That's quite a lot of progress indeed!! I do that often too (slowest stitcher that I am) in the hope of stitching as much as possible. And end up feeling drained the next day.
Hope you are feeling better now
